*Policy!

 1.Price:  The price will depend on how many pairs you have purchase and where should be sent to, all our price including the cost of shipping to your house. if you want learn more about that, please contact with us. But the price we only promise go out of china, if your custom catch your package, we will not responsible for replacement or refund. (unless you pay usd10.00/pair more before shipment, that we will 100% replacement or refund ) 

  2.Shipment: For shipping we use EMS express copany to ship the goods to you. We will provide you  with a tracking number within 24 hours after you order,  so that  you can track your parcel online by EMS. (www.ems.com.cn), and find where are your parcel all the time.

  3.Delivery  Time: Delivery will take upto 7 business days. Customers responsible for providing a full valid address, and the address must be as detail as possible.They are responsible for getting mail forwarding, if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold it, they don't anticipate, they will be at home when the package is due to arrive

  4.Confirmation: Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival and tracking number if an email address is included with the order. Packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office of delivery company may hold your package for pickup with short time or they may return the package to sender.

  5.Customs: We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the shoes stopped by customs.Invoice would be enclosed in order to save your possible customs duty and tax. We are not responsible for products seized by your local customs. We can't control any option or right that customs holds. We will do our best to help release the shoes, but if your customs hold your products and don't release back to you by any reason, rule or prolicy, we will not refund and are not responsible for such an instance.
